The third session of a workshop concentrating on the basics of constructing segmented projects is taking place on Sunday May 19th from 1:00 to 4:oo p.m. It is being held at Ernie Buda’s shop, 7051 Bisbee Drive in Sloughhouse. (916-761-3802)
We can share some experiences, successful and troublesome – learning from each other. We will use the wedgie sled to make some segmented rings using contrasting woods and taking advantage of the sleds capacity to alter the angle of the cut for design effect.
These workshops are not designed to be “progressive” in content so even is this will be your first session there is time and opportunity to catch you up on what has been presented prior.
Go to: segeasy.com, tutorials and watch Jerry Bennet demonstrate and explain the wedgie sled process and blow your mind with the options available in design.
