Gail Brooks - Embellishing
So, now that you can turn a bowl would you like to get creative? Are you curious about texturing, piercing, or relief carving? Well, February is your chance to gather some inspiration and get questions answered as Gail will present the range of non-lathe tools and bits utilized to embellish turnings.
Each month on the 4th Tuesday at 6:30 pm we have a monthly meeting (except November and December). We have a demonstration on woodturning and "show and tell" where members share what they have been working on. There is also plenty of good company.
No need to sign up, just come to the Veterans Hall. Bring something you've turned to share with the group. You can also bring items to donate to the Raffle if you have something in your shop you don't need anymore.
